ListenSpace provides supportive conversations, active listening, personal reflection, and life coaching designed to help individuals think more clearly, explore their challenges, and identify practical next steps.
ListenSpace is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or crisis intervention service.
New clients may be offered one complimentary 15-minute introductory session to discuss their needs and determine whether ListenSpace is an appropriate fit.

Session times are arranged by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.
